GRM's International Partner Recruitment Team were selected by market leader, CDH, to find initial hires to launch their new Windhoek office.
GRM has two decades of experience of helping law firms identify the ideal first hire for a new office.

GRM has two decades of experience in helping law firms open new offices. From Shanghai, to Windhoek, from Seoul to Milan, we have been the selected agency to help identify the correct talent to open a new presence for the firm.
The challenges are numerous: from skills, culture, strategic insight, personality, track record and more - this is a very important and very tricky hire.

Cliffe Dekker Homeyr (CDH) is one of South Africa's "Big Five", offering corporate legal expertise with a presence in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Stellenbosch, and Nairobi, and a history dating back to 1853.
Results and Impact
After months of extremely hard work and deep research we had a complete understanding of the Namibian legal market. The next step was to visit the country a number of times, and not just Windhoek, but many towns and villages to really get to know the country, it's people and its cultures. This way, we can really understand who is going to match a new entrant to the market.

A successful match. After interviewing and testing many top Partners, we found the right match for the firm.
